CommonCentsIP operates commoncentsip.com. Contact: hello@commoncentsip.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, business name (optional), and your message. We use this to respond and keep a record of the conversation.
- Newsletter (if you sign up): email and optional name, so we can send updates you asked for.
- Technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP, browser, page path, time) from hosting (Vercel) for security and reliability.
- On-device counters: optional view-count numbers may be stored in your browser only (localStorage). They are not a full analytics profile and are not sold.
How we use it
- Reply to inquiries and follow up on fit for work
- Operate and improve the site
- Send newsletter updates only if you opted in
- Protect against abuse and spam
We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact details for unrelated marketing lists without your ask.
Who processes it
We use trusted processors to run the site and deliver mail, for example:
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- Resend — sending contact and notification emails to our team
They process data under their terms so we can provide the service. We do not hand your message to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and related email are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for ordinary business records (or until you ask us to delete them, where that is practical and lawful). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
Your choices
- Email us to correct or delete contact details we hold
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter when we provide a link
- Clear site data in your browser to remove local view counters

We may update this page when our practices or tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
