Week 2 — Model, don’t boil the ocean
Entities, statuses, and the happy path only. Refuse thirty edge cases. The twin must match today’s board before it gets smarter.
Week 3 — Phone view in production use
One role uses the phone screen as system of record for one shift pattern. Measure shorts, missed handoffs, or recon time.
Week 4 — Prove and decide
If errors drop, expand. If not, fix the model — don’t add modules. Then talk full value. IP was yours from day one either way.
